Admission to the museum is granted exclusively to those in possession of a Green Pass obtained as a result of vaccination or recovery from COVID-19. Access will not be permitted to those holding a Green Pass resulting from a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test. Children below 12 years of age are not required to present a Green Pass.

HOW TO GET HERE
From Termini Station
From Piazza dei Cinquecento (in front of the train station), take the bus line number 90 (towards Labia) for 3 stops and get off at the stop Nomentana/Regina Margherita, otherwise take the bus line number 38 (towards Porta di Roma) for 6 stops and get off at the bus stop Nizza / Regina Margherita.
The MACRO building and its spaces are accessible to all. During opening hours, the entrance is guarded by our staff who are present to welcome visitors, assist them, and facilitate entering the museum and its exhibition spaces.
An underground parking is available and open every day, 24 hours a day, accessible via a ramp in Via Cagliari 31.
The elevators operate from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11 am to 7 pm, on Saturday from 11 am to 10 pm. When the elevators are not operating, please use the stairs in Via Nizza 138 (inserting your parking ticket into the optical reader), or buzz on the intercom on Via Nizza 138. To exit the car park please use the stairs or buzz the emergency call system located by the elevators on Level – 1.

The MACRO parking garage has three spaces reserved for visitors with disabilities. In the area preceding the entrance barrier to the MACRO garage there are three parking spots reserved for disabled visitors, free of charge for three hours. If all three parking spots are taken, a reduced tariff will be applied at €2 per hour (instead of €3 per hour). The museum’s ground floor, first floor (where the café is located), and second floor (where the restaurant is located) can be accessed from the underground parking with an elevator.
