A cycle of workshops at the museum dedicated to children to spend four days in my spaces under the banner of art, imagination and creativity, in contact with the works of the artists present in the exhibitions of the MIP – Museum for Preventive Imagination. The series of workshops Matinée at the museum aim to promote knowledge of contemporary art among young visitors and to experience the museum as a place for discussion, exchange and inclusion. The three-hour daily format includes different activities such as animated readings, body expression workshops and experiments in artistic practices to enable participants to approach the languages of contemporary art and experience the museum as protagonists. It is possible to participate until all 15 places available for each round are filled, with reservation required, by writing to info@senzatitolo.net. All meetings are free for the public.
DEPARTMENT FOR PREVENTIVE EDUCATION – Educational activities at the Museum for Preventive Imagination are conceived as an additional instrument to guide you through the activities of the museum. Through the creation of physical and digital content, MACRO’s educational programme is designed along multiple levels of complexity to make the museum accessible to different audiences.
To avoid reducing the museum to mere hardware, MACRO aims to develop activities within and beyond its physical spaces. To reach this goal, the Department for Preventive Education has been conceived as a software, developing an educational programme geared towards investigation and training in the fields of art and contemporary culture. The programme offers activities for schools and academic institutions, adults, kids and families, through workshops, exhibition tours and talks.
A space and an educational programme will be dedicated to the public involved in dialogue with the themes and languages of the exhibition programme through a non-hierarchical didactic approach that emphasises on the process.
Talks and workshops are held by cultural associations and educational projects in order to encourage an accessible, creative and multidisciplinary experience of art, in addition to the direct involvement of artists and the museum’s staff.

“SENZA TITOLO” – PROGETTI APERTI ALLA CULTURA is an educational services company born from an experience in museum didactics gained within the MAMbo Educational Department. It realises educational projects aimed at bringing the public closer to the artistic heritage and takes care of projects and initiatives in the fields of publishing, museography, training and communication. Collaborates with cultural and educational institutions, corporations, libraries, private individuals and companies in various Italian cities, devising and realising tailor-made didactic paths for an active knowledge of heritage aimed at different audiences. Since 2017 it has been curating “Scegli il Contemporaneo”, an inter-museum cultural platform that weaves a network of connections between the cultural proposals of the contemporary art scene in Rome, offering the public a transversal reading of the contemporary; since 2019 it has been promoted by Roma Culture as part of Contemporaneamente Roma, Eureka, Estate Romana.
