Canzonieri presents ALL CREATURE, a performance in which sound, voice, and self-built instruments merge into a dreamlike imaginary.
“We are creatures of every shape; we live in dreams, in fairy tales, and in reality. Every species is the metamorphosis of all those that came before it, assembling a new body and a new form in order to exist.”
The event will take place in the first-floor room dedicated to UNAROMA LIVE.
Free admission until capacity is reached.

CANZONIERI is a multimedia artistic and musical project conceived by artist Emiliano Maggi (Rome, 1977) and musician Cosimo Damiano (Margherita di Savoia, 1973). The project blends electronic and electroacoustic experimentation with elements of neofolk and aleatory music. Canzonieri’s performances feature the live electronic manipulation of acoustic instruments such as voice, harmonium, flutes, string instruments, and percussion. They often use self-built or customized instruments, which vary according to location and circumstances. Allegory, symbols, horror, desire, deconstruction, metamorphosis, otherness, and countercultural feelings are reflected in Canzonieri’s dreamlike imagery, which is directly translated into their handmade costumes, giving rise to figures such as poets, storytellers, jesters, goblins, or artists.
