Screening and talk

Carola Spadoni presents The Peripatetic Film & Video Archive – Moving Images as commons. TPF&VA is an independent archive of moving images conceived as commons, rooted in a filming practice understood as a desire to “make world,” spanning from the late 1980s to the late 2000s. The artist reflects on how this caméra-stylo practice developed over time and informed the unfolding of the peripatetic archive, driven by a desire to re-enchant the world and to reflect on how cinema can be articulated today.

The event will take place in the first-floor room dedicated to UNAROMA LIVE.
Free admission until capacity is reached.

CAROLA SPADONI (Rome, 1969) is an artist and filmmaker whose work takes shape through film, video installations, drawing, writing, and ongoing research with moving images. The Peripatetic Film & Video Archive is her most recent ongoing project.
