Breve storia d’amore is an intimate portrait of a romantic relationship observed in its moments of fragility and transformation. Through an essential visual language, the film explores desire, distance, and the difficulty of communication, offering a delicate reflection on contemporary love.
LUDOVICA RAMPOLDI is an Italian director, screenwriter, and writer who has worked across cinema and television. She has co-written scripts for films such as The Traitor, presented in competition at Cannes, and the acclaimed series Esterno notte and Gomorrah – The Series . In 2025 she made her feature directorial debut with Breve storia d’amore, presented at the Rome Film Festival with a cast including Pilar Fogliati, Adriano Giannini, Andrea Carpenzano, and Valeria Golino.
