GIORGIO ORBI (Rome, 1977) explores, through an interdisciplinary practice, processes of landscape transformation and the evolution of artistic languages. He is the creator of INTHEMOUNTAINS, a large-scale project investigating the mountain as both a cultural and natural construct, and of Rave Immortal, a listening session that brings together compositions, field recordings, interviews, and sounds drawn from the artist’s archive from the 1990s to the present.
