A Folder is a digital talk in which the guest shares their screen to narrate a specific collection, random obsession, sustained inspiration, or longterm research found within a specific folder living on their laptop.

Nina Power is a writer and Philosopher. She is the author of One-Dimensional Woman (2009), Platforms (2020) and the forthcoming What Do Men Want? (2021). She writes for a variety of publications including The Telegraph, The Spectator and Disegno. She teaches at the Mary Ward Centre and many other institutions.

Nina Power presents Images, a folder containing photos taken during the lockdown as well as images that give an insight into the unconscious, libido, and other interests which influence and appear in her writing.

This new episode of Dispatch comes out on the occasion of the #Giornatadelcontemporaneo organized by AMACI — Association of Italian Contemporary Art Museums.

I invited Nicola Pecoraro, artist and creator of my avatar, to curate this special episode.
