An evening around live painting: artists of different generations, active in Rome, have been invited to paint in the presence of visitors. In MACRO’s galleria vetrata, two central easels will be used in turn by the artists, all using the same tools, to create drawings and portraits of those present. The surrounding space, built to observe and participate in the act of painting, will be furnished with cushions and a series of portable drawing boards, made available for the public to draw on during the course of the evening. Following the event, the works produced by the invited artists will be exhibited in the museum foyer.
