ACCESSIBILITY

The MACRO building and it spaces are accessible for disabled visitors. During opening hours, the entrance is constantly guarded by our staff who are present to welcome visitors, assist them, and facilitate entering the museum and its exhibition spaces.

Convenient parking is available under the museum.

The garage is open every day 24 hours a day and it can be accessed via a ramp in Via Cagliari 31.

The elevators operate from Tuesday to Sunday, from 11.00 am to 7.00 pm, on Saturday from 11.00 am to 10.00 pm.

When the elevators are not operating, please use the stairs in via Nizza, 138 (inserting your parking ticket into the optical reader), or buzz on the intercom on via Nizza138.

To exit the car park please use the stairs or buzz the emergency call system located by the elevators on LEVEL – 1.

Fees

€ 3 hour or part thereof for the first three hours of parking.
€ 2 hour or part thereof for the following hours of parking.

The MACRO parking garage is reserved for the disabled visitors.

In the area preceding the entrance barrier to the MACRO garage there are 3 parking spots reserved for disabled visitors, free of charge or three hours. If all the three parking spots are taken, a reduced tariff will be applied at € 2 per hours (instead of € 3 per hour). It is possible to access the ground floor, the first floor (where the café is located), and the second floor (where the restaurant is located) from the underground parking with an elevator.
